Aimed at developing the physical qualities that underpin the highest level of performance on the pitch. With consistent attendance over a 10-week period, individuals who partake in this program will notice:

• Improved ability to get off the mark quicker to close-down space or win the ball
• Improved ability to jump higher in aerial ball situations
• Increased running speed
• Reduce the risk of soft tissue injuries – i.e., muscular strains
• Have the engine to continue making hard-runs at the back end of games.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1.  What time are Gym sessions?

Either 6:30 or 7:15PM starts. Booking is essential to confirm your spot.

2.  How long are the training sessions?

Both Gym and Field Sessions are 50 mins long, including warm-up and cool-down

3.  Do I need to be an elite athlete to do this?

Absolutely not, if you play in a field-based sport of any level and you want to improve, then this program is for you.

4.  What if people in the group are either fitter or stronger than me?

No need to worry, all sessions are designed and coached to ensure all participants are working at the same level of intensity.

5.  Is this program available for juniors?

This current intake is only available for those 18 years and over.

6.  Do I need to have gym training experience to join?

Although not essential, we do advise that individuals should be somewhat familiar with some key weight training exercises in the gym. This program would suit anyone with at least 6-months weight training experience.

7.  Where are the sessions held?

Gym sessions will be located at J-Train Athletic Performance Center in Brookvale. Field sessions location TBC.
