1. Initial Movement Assessment and Testing:
Here we run through a full body assessment alongside exercise tests that are related to your performance training goal.
2. 1:1 Personal Training:
Coaching and the delivery of an individually prescribed training session getting you closer towards your health and fitness goals.
3. Coaching via correspondence: Online Programming
Individually devised training plans to suit the needs of those who are unable to work together on a face: face basis. Consistent communication between the coach and client to assist or modify the training plan. Monthly check-in calls available on request.
4. Small Group Personal Training Exercise session designed for individuals with similar training goals: Works great for:
• Sporting club team mates
• Family members
• Friends
• Corporate work group

5. Team Speed and Conditioning:
On-field team training sessions to physically prepare a playing group for the speed, change of direction and fitness demands of the sport: AFL, Rugby, Football/Futsal, Tennis, Netball, and more.
6. Consultation Calls
Don’t know where to start? Perhaps a consultation call might help get you started? This is great for those who are unable to follow a custom made plan or need general advice regarding their training.
